Step into the Gap: And learn more about yourself, your faith and the world we live in

Aged 18 – 30? Want to make a difference? Step into the Gap is a gap year programme spent volunteering in the UK, with a month visiting CAFOD partners and communities in Asia, Africa or Latin America.

The project provides an opportunity for volunteers to learn more about themselves, their faith and the world we live in, to share their experience with other young people, to promote social justice and inspire others to act for change.

Josh and Clare share their experience of a Gap Year with CAFOD below.
