The project is continuing within individual schools, with support form the PCC Education Catering Service and CAFOD Plymouth. Several schools have already set up Fairtrade tuck shops, held Fairtrade Coffee mornings for parents and petitioned to have more Fairtrade products on the school menus. All 67 PCC Education Catering Schools are currently using Fairtrade sugar and Fairtrade apple juice daily.

There will be a further central event held later in the year to celebrate the progress of all Fairtrade schools, and encourage further schools to take part in the campaign. CAFOD Plymouth hopes that all of our fantastic CAFOD supporting Catholic schools in the city will sign up this year to become Fairtrade Schools though this brilliant campaign.
